We perform the recoating by hot glueing with and without riveting our FRENOLYTE® friction materials on the bearing steel discs after preliminary operations to make the surfaces suitable for mounting the gaskets and subsequent application by our THERM-FIX® system and the aid of special thermosetting resins.
We can cover discs up to an outer diameter of 3 metres both unilaterally and bilaterally.
If desired, we can also remove the old worn seals by turning using suitable machinery.
We specialise in the production of discs that are used in brake-clutch units of presses for the hot moulding of steel.
