Our laboratory is equipped with innovative technologies to ensure maximum precision in analysis and testing. Our highly specialised team conducts constant checks and tribological tests on each batch produced, ensuring compliance with the specifications required by the customer and current regulations.

Our laboratory checks include:

Friction coefficient measurement test: to verify the trend of the friction coefficient as a function of the parameters of time, temperature, pressure and friction speed.

Resistance test: to check product resistance to external factors such as temperature, humidity, and mechanical stresses.

Verification of dimensional tolerances: we check our products’ dimensional tolerances, to ensure the utmost precision and reliability.
